The Production Floor Tracker That Runs Your Business

Live stations, operator tablets, and prep through ship and field — on one timeline.

Prep · Work units

Break the job into units.

Every opening, sash, and panel becomes a tracked unit with its own checklist — signed off before anything hits the floor.

Bring units in your way

Import from Excel, Logikal — or we build a custom fit.

Drop in an Excel / XLSX cutlist, pull a Logikal assembly list, or ask us to wire a custom importer for the system you already run. Units land on the same checklist either way.

Excel / XLSX

Map columns once, import openings and quantities in a pass.

Logikal

Pull assembly lists and elevations straight into tracked units.

Custom import

We build a connector for your ERP, CAD, or shop spreadsheet.

Prep · Packages

Group units into packages.

Crates and packages collect finished units for shipping. Stack them bottom-up — the unit on the floor of the crate is built first on the floor, so heavy frames go in before lighter tops.

Prep · Batches

Batch work for the floor.

Batches are the release unit — the chunk you push onto stations when materials are ready. Inside each batch, a priority matrix orders every unit so the shop builds for how crates actually pack.

Priority matrix

Build for the crate — not insertion order.

When a batch hits the floor, station queues sort by build order: later batches append after work already in progress, then within a batch the matrix walks bottom-up through every crate.

Batch arrival

First released batch stays ahead. New releases queue after what’s already on the floor.

Bottom-up level

Level 0 is the unit on the crate floor — built first so heavy frames go in before lighter tops.

Crate priority

Same level across crates? Interleave by the batch’s package order so every crate fills evenly.

Build order, not guesswork.

The tablet follows the priority matrix: bottom of each crate first, interleaved by crate priority, so packs load the way prep stacked them. Andon from any tablet flags the station so leads can jump in.

  • Bottom-up crate slots match how packs load
  • Andon raises issues without leaving the queue
  • Sign-off gates hand-off to packing

One truck. Every crate. Live BOL.

Toggle crates Loaded, finish BOL paperwork with a public QR for the driver, then approve departure. Transit updates as Loading → Awaiting sign-off → In route → Arrived.
